Net-Zero Artist Lofts in the Catskills

Integral Studios designed this five-home, net-zero, artist-loft project in the Catskills in 2019-20. However, the project was stalled due to the Covid crisis. The homes were to share a solar collector field sufficient to power and heat the homes and their electric vehicles. Excess power was to be sold back to the power company. All of the homes were to be located at in-fill sites directly on the water and were expected to sell within an anticipated range of $350,000 to $450,000.
