Integral manages all properties in which Glenn Erikson has an ownership interest. In this way Integral can provide our project’s investors with the highest degree of service at the best price, and most importantly management’s interests are thus directly aligned with investor’s interest’s. In addition, Integral does not manage outside properties, so that it’s focus is entirely on profitably managing our in-house properties.
