Integral Management
Integral manages all properties in which Glenn Erikson has an ownership interest. In this way Integral can provide our project’s investors with the highest degree of service at the best price, and most importantly management’s interests are thus directly aligned with investor’s interest’s. In addition, Integral does not manage outside properties, so that it’s focus is entirely on profitably managing our in-house properties.

This 30,000 SF single-tenant office/warehouse building is rented to the State of New York and occupied by the Office of Development Disabilities.
201 Mill Street
This 30,000 SF multi-tenant office building in Rome, NY is partially rented to Advanced Combustion Corporation and is scheduled to be undergo a significant renovation project in 2023 in anticipation of leasing activity stimulated by NY State’s recent multi-million funding both of Rome’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative and SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s Advanced Manufacturing Center.
