Environmental Permits:
Dr. Erikson obtained the largest wetlands permit in Vermont for a 175,000 SF Shopping Center by restoring a previously degraded trout spawning stream while also establishing new, high quality migratory bird ponds and habitat.
Art Warehouse:
Dr. Erikson is currently consulting on economic and financial analysis, business planning and governmental affairs for a $150MM Free Port & Art Warehouse compex.
RFP Response Consulting:
Dr. Erikson has consulted on a number of RFP responses on a contingent basis and is available to consider new RFP opportunities.

Glenn Robert Erikson, PhD, AIA is Founder and CEO of the Integral Companies where he owns and manages 300,000 SF of buildings. He is an architect/developer, urbanist, consultant, teacher and author whose work is involved with the integration of urban economics, planning, architecture, ecology and the arts. He has designed and developed over 35 real estate projects, including Retail, Office, Residential, Mixed-Use and Artist Live/Work Housing. Dr. Erikson is a board member of World Policy Institute, Westbeth Center For The Arts, Architecture Omi and Fly Fishers International.
